Collar Paving & Finishing
Depending on the project specifications, JCC has the capabilities to finish the utility frame collars to final grade with a lift of asphalt concrete or finished concrete with additions such as lamp black coloring and broom finishes.
Survey Monument Installations
Survey monuments located within project limits can be disturbed, destroyed or non conforming to current specifications. JCC has the experience and skills to work with your surveyor to install new monument cores if required.
GPS Utility Lid Referencing
Utilizing advanced Trimble Rover equipment, JCC has the capability to reference accurately the location of utility frames and covers prior to paving operations.
